To ensure our trips remain as memorable as ever, we have put together the following safety procedures to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable journey.
The safety of our customers, stewards and on train crew is our priority at the same time not detracting from the wonderful experience.
At the stations you must follow the guidelines in place by each individual station. Our stewards will be on the platform to meet you upon arrival and will direct you to your boarding area, please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for your departure.
Cleaning on board will have taken place before departure and there will be cleaning during the journey in the general areas including: Toilets, handrails and door handles.
Movement around the train is to be kept to a minimum.
Passengers will be encouraged to follow the guidelines regarding hand washing and we recommend that you carry hand sanitiser for personal use and reassurance during the journey.
If a passenger has a confirmed positive test for Covid 19 ahead of travel, consideration at our discretion will be given to hold their funds in credit for 6 months. No refund will be offered against cancellations on tours which are scheduled to proceed.
These guidelines will be updated regularly and in accordance with government advice.
